ДОГОВОР ЗА СЪЗДАВАНЕ НА КОНСТИТУЦИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА проект

Екипът на портала започна представянето на Проектa на ДОГОВОР ЗА СЪЗДАВАНЕ НА КОНСТИТУЦИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА приет с консенсус от Европейския Конвент на 13 юни и 10 юли 2003 година и връчен на председателя на Европейския съвет в Рим на 18 юли 2003 година.
