EC sends Bulgaria its motives to cease PHARE agencies’ accreditations

The European Commission Tuesday sent to Bulgarian authorities an extra letter, specifying its motives not to restore the accreditation to the two agencies with the PHARE, which deprived Bulgaria of some EUR 220 million aid on the program, the "Fokus" Agency reports.

The document was worked out and signed by Michael Leigh , director general of the DG Enlargement, and provides all the necessary information, Spokesperson for the EU enlargement commissioner Christina Nagy said, without revealing any further information about the document.
