EP, MEPs and Citizens - evaluating the outgoing term and drawing the challenges of the one to come
On the eve of the 51st anniversary of the establishment of the European Parliament, Europe Gateway will organize a discussion in Brussels in the framework of the "NOW - Interacting with the European Parliament!" Initiative.
The discussion will take place in the Voxbox multimedia studio in the European Parliament in Brussels. MEPs from the largest political groups in the Parliament - EPP-ED, PES and ALDE - will participate in the discussion. They will be joined by NGO representatives and media experts. .
The discussion will be held on 18th of March, 2009 (Wednesday) from 11.30 a.m. until 12.30 a.m. CET (12.30 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. EET) and will be broadcasted live on www.europe.bg
The winner of the „EP 2009 Vote: Beyond the Sugar Cubes" Essay Contest will be officially announced in the broadcast.
