Project "Polski Trumbesh and Lehliu-Gara – partnership for local cross border economic development" BG2005/017-455.01.03.01.01

Project objectives are:
·         Establishment of a sustainable basis for development of the entrepreneurship and economic related initiatives in the partner municipalities and the cross border region.
·         Strengthening the capacity of local communities from both regions for implementation of joint public-private partnership based proje    cts within the enlarged Europe.

Estimated results:
1.       Established strategic based cooperation between local stakeholders and decision makers in the social and economic spheres from both municipalities for further networking and joint cross border business oriented initiatives implementation.
2.       Improved capacity of the local community for development and implementation of EU funded projects.
3.       Increased awareness of the local stakeholders on the potential and extensive opportunities of the EU cross border cooperation at local level. 

Main activities:

Activity 1: Organization of two one day Round Tables for discussion and identification of the main priorities for cooperation between both communities focused on the strengthening the local economic, investment and marketing initiatives.

Activity 2: Elaboration of a Joint Strategy for LED and Action Plan for development and further strengthening the social and economic cross border cooperation between municipalities of Polski Trambesh and Lehliu-Gara.

Activity 3: Organizing of two two-day Training Seminars for PPP and development and management of EU funded projects in Polski Trambesh and Lehliu-Gara lecturer from Bulgaria, Romania and Central European EU member states.

Activity 4: Organization of the participation of municipals enterprises and local business representatives from Polski Trambesh in the local festive day of Lehliu-Gara, Romania.

Activity 5: Organization of a Economic Forum and market Exhibition in Polski Trambesh in cooperation with local and regional entrepreneurs and business actors from Bulgaria and Romania.

Activity 6: Establishment of a cross border network of local entrepreneurs (JELON) in cooperation with the Business Center Polski Trambesh and Lehliu-Gara.

Activity 7: One day Final Conference and related events for adoption of the Joint Strategy for LED and the Action Plan and promotion of the new established network JELON.

Activity 8: Elaboration of a web page of the Project to be hosted by the Polski Trambesh municipality.

Activity 9: Elaboration and publishing of a 3 lingual promotion Brochure of the Project and new established business network JELON-“JELON-CROSS BORDER PARTNERSHIP”

Activity 10: Design and production of advertising posters in three languages.

Activity 11: Purchasing of equipment for JELON activities support.
