CORRUPTION – TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL

Transparency International a publié, le 24 mai, son Rapport mondial 2007 dont le thème central est la justice et la lutte contre la corruption. Dans ce rapport sont analysés les systèmes judiciaires de 37 pays et est dénoncée une corruption qui fragilise la justice dans de nombreuses régions du monde. "Un système judiciaire corrompu compromet la capacité de la communauté internationale à s'attaquer à la criminalité transnationale et au terrorisme, affecte le commerce, la croissance économique et le développement humain, mais surtout prive les citoyens d'un règlement impartial des conflits qui les opposent à leurs voisins ou aux autorités"...
