ЖАК ШИРАК НАСТОЯ ОТКАЗЪТ ОТ СМЪРТНО НАКАЗАНИЕ ВЪВ ФРАНЦИЯ ДА БЪДЕ ФИКСИРАН В КОНСТИТУЦИЯТА

Френският президент Жак Ширак предложи да бъдат внесени промени в конституцията, така че в основния закон да бъде фиксиран отказът от смъртно наказание във Франция. Позицията си по въпроса френският държавен глава оповестил на среща с членове на конституционния съвет във вторник.

Смъртно наказание във Франция не се прилага от 1981 г.
