 6. Contract description:  The subject of the contract is delivery of diagnostic and modelling tools (hardware and software), training of the staff for the use of the tools, as well as after-sales services. The supplies and services shall be provided for 13 regional water companies serving the towns of Vratza, Kyustendil, Rousse, Sliven, Bourgas, Gabrovo, Blagoevgrad, Dobrich, Kardzhali, Pernik, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Yambol.
