Ausschuß : Beschäftigung und soziale Angelegenheiten

Der Ausschuss ist für die Beschäftigungspolitik und für alle Aspekte der sozialen Politik wie z.B. Arbeitsbedingungen, Sozialversicherung und Sozialschutz zuständig. Seine Prärogative sind natürlich auch der Europäische Sozialfonds und der freie Verkehr der Arbeitnehmer und der Rentner. Der Ausschuss ist auch für alle Formen der Diskriminierung auf der Arbeitsstelle und am Arbeitsmarkt zuständig mit Ausnahme von der Geschlechtsdiskriminierung.
