Contract description: Provision of technical assistance for the improvement of the administrative capacity for customs border control of the Bulgarian Customs Administration through the following activities:— enhancement of the administrative capacity in the field of the control on trade in weapons, possible dual-use goods and technologies;— development of plans for border management for the country border points with the purpose of identifying their needs after the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria to the European Union;— development of a Memorandum of Understanding programme with the trade operators in the field of customs intelligence and investigation;— Organising and carrying out training in the Customs Dogs School in Bleckede, Germany.
