Ukraine will supply Bulgaria and Moldova with Ukrainian natural gas from its own storages to the amount of 2 million cubic meters a day, starting from today, Focus Agency reported.

That was announced by the press service of the Ukrainian president who on the other hand informed his colleagues in Bulgaria and Moldova.

His letter points out that Ukraine has made this decision based on the complex situation after the Russian gas cut-offs, and the friendly relations between the countries.

Viktor Yushchenko proposes that the respective plans be prepared after resuming the supplies of Russian gas to Europe.
