Ivanka Dilovska, Director of Directorate - Energy strategy with the Ministry of Economy and Energy, presented the new mechanism for greenhouse gas emissions trading which will be introduced within the EU. It is related to the granting of free permits to installations for trading with certain amounts of emissions and not with the imposing of limits on Member States.
